Have you ever tried on underwear at a store before you bought them? I think we can agree that underwear is a piece of clothing you'd rather not wear if someone else has! For this hygiene reason we do not offer exchanges. Please read the sizing chart carefully before buying, or contact us if you really aren't sure and need some expert advice on sizing!

Faulty item

As a small business we check and pack each order with love and care to ensure you are receiving exactly what you ordered - the best pair of workout underwear! However, in the event that you do find a fault or damage to your underwear, please email hello@barethrills.com as soon as you receive the item or the fault occurs so we can organise a replacement free of charge.

In your email please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the fault
  • a description of the fault

Please note that we may need to personally assess the fault. If asked to return the underwear they must be unworn and in original condition.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer any refunds or replacements on faults.
