Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Australia (free shipping on every multipack) and most countries Australia Post delivers to. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed by our Tasmania warehouse within 24–48 hours. Australia: 7–10 business days. International (most destinations Australia Post serves): 14–28 days. You'll get a tracking number with your dispatch email.
My order hasn't arrived — what now?
Per our shipping policy, please allow 7–10 business days for AU and 14–28 for international. After that, email hello@barethrills.com with your order number — we'll personally chase Australia Post.
Returns
Do you offer returns?
Underwear is a hygiene product, so we can't accept returns once it's been opened. Please use the size guide before ordering and read our return policy.
If there's a fault with your item, email hello@barethrills.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the fault
- A photo of the fault
We'll sort it.

Why recycled nylon?
Nylon-spandex is the most breathable, moisture-wicking, durable fabric we've found for active wear. Recycled nylon takes the same fabric and pulls it from offcuts that would otherwise go to landfill — same performance, less footprint. The full reasoning is in our journal post.

How do I care for my Bare Thrills?
Follow the care label inside the waistband:
- Cold wash only
- Wash colours separately
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
The label may fade after a few washes — that's normal.
Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
Read our size guide first. Our fabric is stretchy but firm. If you sit between two sizes, size down.
Example: if you're an AU 10–12, choose Small.
Do you carry my size?
Currently we range from AU 4–22. Drop us an email if you're missing — we're slowly expanding.
Should the Gym G feel tight at first?
Yes. The recycled fabric is firm when new and softens after the first wear, then again after the first wash. If it feels too tight on first try, give it a gentle stretch before pulling on.
