The Gym G is designed to be firm for ultimate support during your workouts.
Our underwear is true to size and supportive from the very first wear.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for the designed supportive fit.
Example: If you are a size S-M (10-12) choose a size SMALL.
Bare Thrills is packaged and dispatched from Tasmania, Australia.
Domestic and International shipping times and costs are subject to
Australia Post logistics.
Standard Postage: 7-14 business days within Australia and 14 - 28 business days for all International orders.
Express Postage: 3-5 business days within Australia and 7-10 business days for all express International orders.
These delivery times are subject to further delays during peak season
and public holidays. Any orders placed after 3pm Friday EST will be
posted first thing on the following Monday.
Bare Thrills currently only posts throughout Australia and New
Zealand. We look to expand into further International markets in 2023.

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that
will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. Make sure to
check your spam folder for this email if you have not received it
within 24hrs of placing your order.
COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the current pandemic, you may experience shipping delays with
Australia Post. This is completely normal and unfortunately out of our
control. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by these
delays.
Have you ever tried on underwear at a store before you bought them? I
think we can agree that underwear is a piece of clothing you'd rather
not wear if someone else has! For this hygiene reason we do not offer
exchanges. Please read the sizing chart carefully before buying, or
contact us if you really aren't sure and need some expert advice on
sizing!
Faulty item
As a small business we check and pack each order with love and care
to ensure you are receiving exactly what you ordered - the best pair of
workout underwear! However, in the event that you do find a fault or
damage to your underwear, please email hello@barethrills.com as soon as
you receive the item or the fault occurs so we can organise a
replacement free of charge.
In your email please include:
your order numberclear photos of the faulta description of the fault
Please note that we may need to personally assess the fault. If asked
to return the underwear they must be unworn and in original condition.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, our policy
lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately
we can not offer any refunds or replacements on faults.
