Where do Bare Thrills ship to?
We currently ship domestically within Australia and internationally to New Zealand and the USA. International shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
How long will my order take?
All delivery times depend on AusPost timings and delays. Orders are processed by our warehouse in Tasmania within 24 - 48 hours, and on average will take 7-10 business days to arrive on all orders within Australia. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 14 - 28 days. Delivery details will be provided in your postage confirmation email and can be tracked using the tracking number provided on the AustPost website.
My order has not arrived yet?
As per our shipping policy, please allow 7-10 business days on all orders within Australia and 7 - 28 business days on all international orders. If after this time, please feel free to contact us at hello@barethrills.com and we will personally contact Australia Post.
RETURNS
Do you offer returns?
Before making your purchase, please read over our return policy and ensure that you choose the correct size by familiarising yourself with our size guide. Due to hygiene health codes, we are unable accept returns on underwear. However, if there is a fault with your item, please contact us at hello@barethrills.com with your:
- Order number
- Summary of fault
- A photo of the fault

Why is recycled nylon fabric best for working out in?
Just like the rest of our workout attire, nylon and spandex make for the most breathable, moisture wicking, durable material for your workouts. Not only have we found a material perfect for your sweatiest workouts, it is made from off-cuts of the fashion industry that would normally end up in landfill. How do I care for my Bare Thrills?
To get the most out of your underwear, please follow the care instructions on the back of your underwear:
- Do not bleach
- Wash colours separately
- Do not tumble dry
- Cold wash only
Note: The label may fade after a few washes, this is completely normal.
SIZING
How do I know which size to order?
Please read and understand our size guide before making your purchase. Our material is stretchy, yet firm for ultimate support during your workouts. If you sit between two sizes, we recommend sizing down.
EXAMPLE: IF YOU ARE A SIZE S-M (10-12) CHOOSE A SIZE S
I would love a pair of Bare Thrills, but you don’t have my size…
We are in very early stages of launching our Bare Thrills range and are slowly expanding when we can. Our sizing currently ranges from 4 – 22 AUS sizes. Please contact us directly if your size is missing!
Should my Gym G be tight at first?
Yes! Your Gym G is made from high quality recycled material which will be super firm when it's shiny and new. After the first wear the material gives a little. What's amazing is after the first wash the material gets even softer. If you're worried about it being too tight, just give the G a little stretch before pulling them on.
