Before you buy
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Standard post takes 7–14 business days within Australia and Express takes 3–5, so the earlier you order, the safer. Orders placed after 3pm Friday go out on Monday.
What if I get the size wrong?
We can't take underwear back for size, fit or change of mind, so check the size chart on the product page before you order. If anything arrives faulty, we'll replace it free within 30 days.
Can I mix colours and sizes in one pack?
Yes. Every pair in the picker gets its own size and colour — Powder Blue, Pastel Pink or Midnight Blue.
How does going halves work?
Buy a 10-pack and split it — five pairs each, $84.50 each. It ships as one parcel to one address, so you sort out the handover.
Is shipping free?
Free within Australia on orders over $60 — so every pack ships free.
